Position Overview
As an Accounting Analyst, you will be crucial in optimizing fiscal management processes tailored to our clients, while also supporting Veritas’ internal accounting functions. Work closely with our CFO and trusted CPA firm to ensure precise reporting, facilitate annual audits, and efficiently handle payables and receivables. We are seeking candidates who are committed to timeliness, accuracy, and collaboration, and who exhibit exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and communication skills.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage general accounting functions for client Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Various duties to support Veritas’ operations accounting functions.
- Execute weekly check runs and track expenditures and unpaid invoices.
- Ensure timely reconciliations of client General Ledger accounts.
- Independently research and resolve outstanding reconciliation issues.
- Compile and analyze financial statements, aligning performance with budget goals.
- Enhance department procedures, recommending improvements and collaborating on implementations.
- Meet additional objectives set by leadership.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years in accounting or finance roles, demonstrating hands-on experience with accounting practices and principles
- QuickBooks Online Certification preferred
- Required minimum of 2 years of experience with QuickBooks as primary accounting software
- Proficiency in MemberClicks or other membership management systems is highly desirable
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience preferred
