We are seeking an Office Administrator for a Baltimore Based Client to manage their Baltimore office and perform a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization, travel arrangement skills, and ability to understand various software platforms This position will be a hybrid working schedule with three days in the office required.
Responsibilities
- Assists with overseeing clerical tasks such as work processing, scheduling, report preparation, and travel arrangements
- Manages the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of office supplies and equipment.
- Develops processes and procedures that ensure the efficient and cost-effective running of the office.
- Plans and coordinates office meetings and events, including meeting rooms or facilities, meals, and any other reservations as required.
- Other administrative duties as assigned
