Was it successful?We are working with a Growing Pharmaceutical organization in the Mid Atlantic looking for a Chief Operating Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization (Northern VA, MD, DC, PA, NJ). Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the CEO and PE Firm on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees.Responsibilities Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy : Experience hitting budget and managing a P&L.Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations - Roll Up those Sleeves when necessary.This will include onsite visits across the Mid-Atlantic to provide operational and training support : 4 Direct Reports.Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO and PE Investors based on your market data.Qualifications 10 - 15 years of executive experience tied to a Healthcare Organization.Understanding the Life Cycle of a Private Equity backed Organization.Strategic planning and hands-on leadership / training.Success in an organization valued between $200M and $800M is preferred.Strong leadership and organizational skills : Sharp / Polished.DC / Maryland / SE PA Preferred based on current physical locations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
