Our multi year client is continuing to grow. We were seeking a "Chief of Staff" with experience leading/being part of successful teams within the behavioral health industry. The "Chief of Staff" will work with the 10 year veteran C-Suite leader of Business Development in an effort to look for ways to further incentivize the BD Team & potentially assist with the close meetings.
The Chief of Staff will have growth & maintenance bonus metrics for both pharmacy services and laboratory services tied to this team of 7.
Responsibilities:
- Leading by example/experience.
- Partnering with Business Development Executives and stakeholders in other functional areas.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all product offerings.
- Develop and present to stakeholders a business plan (quarterly) that takes into account territory specific factors such as variances / product trends / market conditions
- Focus on company initiatives that will maintain and/or help produce new business for the team.
- Utilize the company's CRM as required.
- Accurately forecast accounts that may be at risk of leaving.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (Business Intelligence, Marketing, Communications or a scientific field, preferred)
- 7 years outside sales and/or account management experience, required
- 5 years' experience in the behavioral health care space, preferred
- Needs to be physically located between DC & Philly Metro Areas
Salary : $125,000 - $140,000
