Our client, a service company in Harford County, MD, is currently seeking a Corporate Counsel to join their senior management team. The incumbent will report to senior management and act as the subject matter expert in real estate, contracts and employment law.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic legal advice to senior management
  • Draft review and manage contracts
  • Negotiate favorable terms
  • Review real estate transactions
  • Advise on employment matters

Qualifications

  • Five years of experience as a practicing attorney
  • Member of a state bar
  • Knowledgeable in the areas or real estate, contracts and employment law
