Business Analyst - Clinical Trials

Key Responsibilities

• Trusted Partner: Build strong relationships with business leaders, earning their trust as a key technology advisor.
• Solution Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of clinical technology solutions, from identifying business needs to planning, vendor selection, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Vision Development: Partner with stakeholders to create an aligned vision for clinical data and technology ecosystems that enhance operational capabilities.
• Technology Leadership: Prioritize evolving digital demands, select best-fit tools and platforms, and deliver timely, audit-ready solutions tailored to global clinical trial needs.
• Value Creation: Measure and communicate the business value of solutions, emphasizing improved efficiency and measurable outcomes.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively address cross-functional challenges and vendor issues, escalating when necessary to ensure seamless operations.
• Expertise in Clinical Processes: Leverage deep knowledge of clinical operations, regulatory environments, and best practices to deliver effective solutions.
• Communication and Leadership: Present ideas clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels, while fostering collaboration and alignment.

Skills and Expertise

• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), project management, and solution design/delivery.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop value-driven business cases.
• In-depth understanding of Clinical Trial systems such as Clinical Trials Management Systems (CTMS), Risk-Based Monitoring (RBSM), eTMF, EDC, and more.
• Expertise in pharmaceutical/biotechnology operations with a solid grasp of ICH-GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, and global health authority regulations.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and program management frameworks.
