Activities Assistant Needed - Weekends - Part Time
Compensation - TBD upon experience
Scheduled Hours - 8:30-5pm. Must be available Saturdays and Sundays.

Currently, The Center at Val Vista is looking for an activities assistant to join our Team. This fast paced position requires a positive team member who can work well under pressure and is comfortable with multi-tasking.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited too:
- Responsible for admission and discharge surveys
- Taking EMR photos to be uploaded in the chart.
- Assist and hold activities per the calendar
- Light paperwork involved i.e. activity intake form asking patients demographic information, hobby's, and interests.
- Works collaboratively with patient's team to ensure that they are well informed about patient's needs
- Follow HIPPA guidelines

Qualifications
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check/drug screen
Must have a valid level 1 fingerprint clearance card
Must have a valid CPR Certification from an In-Person Class only.
