Description
The Business Office Assistant is responsible for supporting the business office, with a focus on assisting with admissions paperwork, coordinating with families, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records in the computer system. The position reports to the Business Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all documents are completed timely within 72 hours of admission.
Schedule and coordinate appointments related to admissions business office packets.
Upload, organize and scan documents to the Business Office Manager in a timely manner.
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails and assisting with other administrative tasks, as needed.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in an administrative, office assistant or customer service role preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
