Evening Receptionist

The Center at Foresight is looking for customer service driven receptionist to join the team! 

• Part-time, Monday-Friday, 3 PM - 7 PM

Pay is dependent on candidate's experience.

Job Description:

• Answer and transfer incoming calls
• Greet new admissions and visitors
• Provide direction to rooms or offices
• Assist in taking patient's to their rooms after appointments
• Assist with new admissions and nursing packets
• Taking payments for meals or patient specific payments
• Support management in daily tasks
• Support to Business Office and Medical Records
  • Medical Record naming and scanning to corresponding charts
• Office supply ordering
• Maintaining organization

Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience
• Strong attention to detail is must
• Strong understanding of Patient Rights
• Strong understanding of HIPAA Guidelines
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Willing to assist in numerous areas as needed
• Ability to communicate needs or ideas clearly
• Able to adapt in stressful/changing situations or needs
• Basic accounting skills is a plus
• Must be a self-starter and willingness to assist departments with projects
• Dedication and good attendance is necessary for this position
• Pre-employment background check and drug test required

Salary : $15 - $18
