Veterinary Surgical Specialists of Orange County would like to bring on an additional Board-Certified Surgeon to join our thriving Surgical Practice.

We are Southern California's premier surgical hospital and one of the first specialty hospitals to receive an Accredited Referral Practice designation, which means over 900 quality standards of our practice are consistently evaluated by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). We just opened a brand new 10,000sq ft State-of-the-Art Surgery Center next to our current location.

We provide emergency services as well as specialty services including Critical Care, Internal Medicine, and we have FIVE boarded Veterinary Surgeons. We collaborate with specialists next door which include Dermatology, Cardiology, Ophthalmology, Dentistry, Oncology, Neurology, and Imaging. We serve Orange County and most of Southern California, where we boast the best climate in the country with endless social and cultural opportunities as well as ample beach time!
How you'll make a difference :
As a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Veterinary Surgeon, you will be able to operate in technologically sophisticated surgical suites and use the most advanced equipment available to treat your patients. Because we offer such a wide range of services, our team is continually exposed to uncommon and complex cases that allow them to further develop their knowledge and skills. These cases also empower our surgeons to lean into areas of clinical interest while simultaneously providing excellent care.
Schedule : Full-time position with set 4-day work week. One weekend day will be required, and on-call is shared amongst the surgical team.
