Core Competencies
We offer a generous $4.00/hr for a swing shift differential, $6.00/hr for overnights, or $8.00/hr weekend differential
Schedule: You schedule will be dependent upon which position you take. Day or swing shifts are comprised of four 10-hour days, while overnight shifts are three 12-hour nights. Must be able to work some weekends and holidays.

Core Competencies
- High level anesthesia monitoring and surgical knowledge
- Provide high-quality nursing care to pre-op and post-op patients,
- Support emergency doctors including triaging emergency patients, aid in emergency diagnostic testing and procedures.
- Well-developed animal handling and restraint skills
- Work directly with owners from check-in to check out
- Superb communication skills with both clients and other staff
- Must thrive in a team environment
- Intermediate math skills
- Multitasking
- Knowledge of Ezy Vet and Smartboards is a plus!
- 2 years of Hospital Experience as a Veterinary Assistant
- Be able to stoop, bend, twist, reach, and safely restrain varied species of animals.
- Be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 Lbs. and balance, at times, animals more than 50 Lbs. with partner lift.
- Safely lift, move, adjust, transfer, or position patients and equipment using proper body mechanics. Stand for sufficient periods of time to actively engage in clinical activities (up to 10 hours a day)
