The Veterinary Client Services - Front Desk is one of the most important positions in our emergency/specialty practice as you are on the front lines, there to greet each client who walks in the door, setting the stage for a positive client experience. Our CSRs are ambassadors of GSVS and will be responsible for checking clients in and out of the hospital, booking appointments, taking payments, and fielding busy phone lines.
