The Pet Emergency and Specialty Center of Marin (www.pescm.com) is looking for full time kennel assistants to join our hospital! We have immediate openings for our Wednesday-Sunday, 4:00pm-12:30am shift.

PESCM, located in San Rafael, is the only 24/7 veterinary hospital in Marin with specialties in Internal Medicine, Oncology, Surgery, Neurology, Cardiology, Urgent Care, Emergency, Radiology, and Critical Care. As a Kennel Attendant your responsibilities would include:
- Assisting technicians, assistants and veterinarians with the care and medical treatments for both inpatients and outpatients.
- Accurately transcribing or updating all appropriate patient documentation
- Ensuring that the hospital remains fully stocked, specifically the back treatment area and exam rooms
- Maintain a clean and safe hospital environment including:
- Maintain and stock laundry room
- Maintain and stock inpatient treatment area
- Help aide in patient restraint
About You:
- No experience necessary
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and commitment to develop long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community
- Positive outlook and ability to work well in a collaborative environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are required, and the ability to deliver exceptional client service is expected
- Honesty, integrity, and a desire to learn and have fun!
