About the Role
As a UI / UX developer lead, you will be responsible for :
- Leading and mentoring a team of UI / UX developers and ensuring the quality and consistency of their work.
- Engaging with customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements, preferences, and feedback.
- Conducting user research, testing, and analysis to evaluate the usability and effectiveness of the UI / UX designs.
- Creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and documentation to communicate the UI / UX designs to the developers and customers.
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in UI / UX design and development.
