Apartment Porter/Maintenance tech needed – Midland, Texas
Veritee Property Solutions is seeking a full-time porter/tech to be part of a 2 man maintenance team. Responsibilities include the grounds, trash, the pool, building exteriors & leasing office, parking lots & other community buildings of a multi-family residential apartments. Make readies and work orders as assigned. Some on call.
Ensures that unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner, assist management team with other various tasks required. Comply with expectations as demonstrated in the employee handbook.
Attendance is an imperative job function. Employees must fulfill the performance standards of this position & comply with policies, rules & procedures of the company, including those set out in the Employee Handbook or otherwise communicated (verbally or in writing) to employees.
