Job Summary:
This hybrid sales and support role provides direct inside sales support for our small business clients as well as sales support for our Treasury Solutions Consultants (TSCs) aligned with the Community banking team. Under the direction of the Treasury Business Solutions Manager, this position will be the primary point of contact for new Treasury sales opportunities for our Business Banking, Retail and other assigned Lines of Business (LOBs). Additionally, this role will provide sales support to the Community TSCs by coordinating implementations, risk assessments, and customer support.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Collaborate with bankers and clients to proactively provide treasury solutions within a consultative and client driven framework.
Lead small business client sales calls remotely, either with Relationship Managers (RMs) or independently.
Prepare sales proposals and account analysis proformas for client presentations as needed.
Manage client onboarding, treasury services implementations, pricing, and training.
Improve profitability of all assigned relationships.
Ensure production activities are captured in the pipeline system and are meeting or exceeding levels that meet financial objectives.
Prepare and deliver client agreements and implementation documentation. Gather necessary information for treasury requests.
Act as a liaison between customers and treasury operations on the customization and implementation of Treasury Solutions client relationships.
Complete the initial Treasury Management (TM) risk assessments and annual ACH Risk Renewals for Community clients.
Review monthly account analysis statements for current clients as needed.
Assist Community TSCs with retention and maintenance of treasury customers.
Assist Community TSCs with client facing product training and product demonstrations as needed.
Develop and maintain a personal program for maintaining an adequate level of knowledge in banking and Treasury Management matters, product knowledge, and personal skills to ensure an acceptable degree of performance.
Attention to regulatory requirements and compliance training applicable to position (Bank Secrecy Act, Customer Information Privacy ETC).
Gather data and prepare reports for management, audit, and other internal partners as requested.

Job Skills and Qualifications:
Proven ability to achieve annual sales targets.
Highly responsive and accountable in client, partner and peer interactions.
Strong knowledge of Treasury Service products and services, credit and risk processes, and pricing strategies.
Skilled in preparing sales proposals, conducting proforma pricing analyses and summarizing/reporting sales performance.
Ability to produce detailed, accurate, thorough and timely work.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and projects effectively.
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5 years of Treasury Management, sales, and relationship management experience.
CTP and/or AAP certification preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
