Process Service Representative

Overview :

Providing our clients with exceptional service is the foundation of our business. As a Process Service Representative , you’ll coordinate the service of process of legal documents on individuals in litigation throughout the nation and acts as a liaison for clients and process service resources.

What you'll do :

• Receive all incoming requests from clients and resources and distribute to appropriate folder
• Locate resources for job assignments
• Initiate and timely dispatch requests to the resource for service of process of legal documents and document retrievals
• Coordinate and confirm resource receipt of job assignment
• Monitor jobs in progress and update the company database with all information
• Provide status updates to clients in a timely manner
• Act as a liaison between clients and resources
• Review all legal documents for accuracy and prepare Affidavits when necessary
• Electronically deliver Affidavits and Returns to the client
• Resolve issues and escalate as needed to ensure prompt and accurate resolution
