Overview:
Providing our clients with exceptional service is the foundation of our business. As a member of the Production team, you'll ensure that our clients receive the products they order in a timely manner.
What you'll do:
- Prepare, scan and quality control documents, exhibits and transcripts to ensure proper order fulfillment per client specifications
- Ensure documents are professionally bound and cover sheets are prepared
- Prepare shipments for pick-up and ensure they are shipped out timely and accurately
Who you are:
- Great attention to detail, organized and able to multitask
- Customer service oriented with excellent time-management and troubleshooting skills
- Able to work both independently and with a team
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
