Director of Operations

Job Title: Regional Operations Leadership - Canada Region

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Regional Vice President and Regional Operations and Sales leadership teams to support market strategies for growth, key client management, and development.
• Oversee all aspects of regional operations, including people, process, and products (technology), to drive regional and overall organizational operational and financial results.
• Lead a team of functional operations leaders by balancing long-term strategic vision and short-term deliverables.
• Collaborate with leaders across regions and functions to engage in delivery of best practices regarding strategy, efficiency, culture, and engagement.
• Develop and implement operational excellence initiatives to optimize financial results and control OpEx costs.

Requirements:

• 7 years related experience with a strong understanding of operations, sales, and client management.
• Able to confidently position the Veritext value proposition and tailor messaging and communication style to internal and external audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to respond promptly to internal/external client needs, and follow through on issues.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated professional committed to ongoing operational improvement.
• Results-oriented with a strong emphasis on scalability and process improvement.
