System Analyst

Job Description: We are seeking a Systems Analyst with strong experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) and F&O (Finance & Operations). 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or related role. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O. Solid understanding of ERP implementation, integration, and administration. Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and reporting tools is a plus. Experience with business process mapping and workflow automation. Implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O to optimize business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure system efficiency. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
