Job Purpose:
Our Inside Sales Team Manager will manage Inside Sales Representatives through coaching and training, emphasizing achieving team key performance goals to exceed revenue targets. This role will also drive digital sales activities and business development processes in a remote environment.Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the Inside Sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs, monitor individual and team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Provide ongoing training and sales coaching to enhance the team's selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the team to engage with customers, understand their needs, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed sales forecasts and strategic decisions.
- Continuously review and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and customer support, to align efforts and optimize sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into sales performance and trends.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing Sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong relationships with customers and team members.

Salary Range: $77,000 - $90,000
Work Experience:
- 1-3 years of related experience of successful supervisory/management experience required to motivate and develop direct reports, as well as size up new talent.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).
- Strong planning and organization skills are required.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- A significant portion of the job responsibilities will require computer work that involves the continuous use of the fingers, hands, wrists, and sitting for long periods of time.
- The position also requires frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
- The position requires work in an office as well as travel to customers, suppliers, group meetings, etc.
