What You'll Do:

1. Lead Generation

  • Research and Identify Prospects: Use platforms like LinkedIn, industry databases, and other tools to identify businesses that could benefit from Verity IT’s Managed IT Services, such as healthcare, construction, law firms, and SMBs.
  • Cold Calling and Emailing: Conduct outreach via phone calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn to introduce Verity IT’s managed IT services and generate interest in our offerings.

2. Qualifying Leads

  • Initial Contact: Engage with prospects to understand who the decision makers are, who their current provider is and what their IT challenges and needs are currently.
  • Needs Assessment: Qualify leads by asking questions about their current IT infrastructure, pain points, and decision-making process to determine if they’re a good fit for Verity IT’s services.

3. Appointment Setting

  • Scheduling Meetings: Arrange meetings between qualified leads and Verity IT’s Business Development Executives or President, ensuring a smooth handoff for deeper conversations.
  • Follow-ups: Consistently follow up with prospects, nurturing relationships and moving them through the sales funnel until they are ready to meet with the sales team.

4. HubSpot CRM Management

  • Data Entry and Updates: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications and activities with prospects in HubSpot, ensuring up-to-date information.
  • Pipeline Tracking: Monitor the status of leads in HubSpot, ensuring timely follow-ups and prioritizing leads based on engagement and potential.

5. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing

  • Work with Sales Teams: Collaborate closely with Business Development Executives to ensure qualified leads are passed on with detailed context and aligned with their targets.
  • Feedback to Marketing: Provide insights and feedback to Verity IT’s marketing team on the effectiveness of campaigns, messaging, and target audiences based on real-world interactions.

6. Reporting and Metrics

  • Track Performance: Measure outreach efforts using HubSpot metrics (e.g., number of calls/emails, meetings set, conversion rates) and report on performance to the sales leadership team.
  • Adjust Strategies: Use data-driven insights from HubSpot to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates.

8. Continuous Learning and Improvement

  • Training: Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge, particularly around Verity IT’s managed IT services, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
  • Process Refinement: Suggest improvements to lead qualification and prospecting processes based on feedback and experience to optimize performance.
