Job Summary:
We are seeking full time Cellular Sales Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. We are hourly plus commission. With our company, your income could be limitless. Training is provided and commission begins after training. Training time is individual, as everyone learns at a different pace. We have a very well trained management staff to help you at every turn.
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns and ensure resolution
- Perform data entry accurately to update customer information
- Utilize phone etiquette and effective communication skills to interact with customers
- Upsell products or services to enhance the customer experience.
We have two locations, Mayfield and Lone Oak. You may be scheduled to work shifts at either location. Reliable transportation is a must.

Pay: $8.00 - $14.00 per hour
