Verizon is looking for a Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising with strong expertise who will design, champion, and lead holistic merchandising strategies and oversee their execution across the enterprise. They are responsible for ensuring a premium environment that enhances the customer experience and promotes brand consistency.
What you'll be doing :
- Owning visual merchandising strategies for all of the company’s retail stores and pop-ups.
- Championing a premium brand and customer experience.
- Working directly with senior leaders to ensure that in-store merchandising maximizes sales lift opportunities.
- Partnering with stakeholders and analyzing research / industry trends to drive new retail formats, product displays, and product placement strategies.
- Owning and overseeing new visual merchandising standards and best practices.
- Working hand-in-hand with Creative Directors to develop better creative work.
- Owning and managing project budgets to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Leading fast-paced timelines and monitoring deadlines.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $108,000.00 and $201,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
