We have 12 Wireless Zone locations throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania and are looking for a motivated Store Manager for our Chippewa Township location.

Qualifications
- 1 years retail wireless management experience or other retail sales management experience.
- Two or more years of sales and/or customer experience in wireless or related industry with consistent attainment of sales goals and objectives
- Proven track record with developing sales reps.
- Ability to train, coach, and motivate.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Ability to work up to 45 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Responsibilities
· Oversee the daily operations of the store.
· Creating a positive culture that is welcoming for sales reps and customers.
· Helping the store to grow their presence in the community.
· Ensuring that the store is staffed properly.
· Driving sales and growth in key metrics.
· Being able to lead by example in sales and culture.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $63,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
