Summary
The Director of Solution Architects for the Principal Segment within Global Enterprise is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth by leading teams of skilled Solution Architects (SAs) focused on delivering innovative and tailored technology solutions to government and education customers. This role requires a deep understanding of both wireless and wireline technologies, the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions, and a passion for leading and developing high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management :
- Lead, mentor, and develop a teams of Solution Architects, fostering a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and customer-centricity.
- Establish clear performance expectations, provide regular coaching and feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Identify and address skill gaps within the team through training, mentorship, and development opportunities.
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships with sales, product, engineering, and other key stakeholders.

Compensation
If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $166,000.00 and $308,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is a commission based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
