What you’ll be doing…..
As a key member of the PRL (Policy, Legal, Responsible Business) Innovation and Emerging Technology team, you will be supporting the enablement of our strategic plan by delivering operational excellence, tracking key initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of our program and project plans. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing metrics, following project governance, and reporting on budgets and technology tools. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and excel at transforming data into compelling dashboards and presentations.
In addition to supporting operational priorities, you will report to the Senior Manager and work closely with other team members, ensuring collaboration and alignment across initiatives. You are not only a strong executor but also a team player who fosters a positive, high-performing work environment.
You will be responsible for…..
Collecting and updating monthly report data to track and monitor progress toward strategic goals and quarterly objectives.
Supporting project launches, ongoing project maintenance, and governance processes.
Following and updating project plans, ensuring that identified components are accounted for, including communication, stakeholders, resources, budget, and timelines.
Tracking and reporting on budgets, technology tools, and operational resources.
Maintaining dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights and progress.
Assisting with preparation of slide decks and presentation materials for leadership updates.
Receiving and applying feedback from the Sr. Manager and other team leaders, providing input and support to ensure success.
Collaborating with other team members, partners, and key stakeholders to align priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives.
Identifying and suggesting process improvements to enhance team efficiency, and
Identifying risks regarding changes and assisting with solutions to overcome or turn risks into opportunities.
What we are looking for:
You are comfortable working on problems that require new solutions. You have a knack for understanding and visualizing just the right way to share data and practical insights so that people can understand. People trust you based upon your thoughtful and thorough analyses.
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in program and/or project management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting and enabling strategic initiatives.
Ability to manage and execute on multiple projects with limited supervision in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or other presentation tools.
Even better if you have one or more of the following…
Knowledge of the PRLS organization, or legal operations, technology, or innovation environments.
Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
PMP / Agile Certification / Design Thinking and/or Facilitator certification.
Proactive approach to recognizing needs, solving problems, anticipating issues and developing holistic solutions; excellent business judgment and strategic thinking.
Interest in learning new technologies and tools.
Experience in a role supporting the design, development, and implementation of a strategic plan for an organization, company or business unit.
Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools.
Strong collaboration skills with various partners including peers, executives, internal/external clients, third party vendors and the various stakeholders.
Cross Channel Experience / Business Unit Experience.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.Salary : $81,000 - $150,000
