Your Mission
As a senior data analyst, you'll help quantify business segments, evaluate operational changes, and design new approaches to improve customer experience and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform statistical, data mining, and machine learning analysis on complex business problems.
- Develop reporting capabilities for in-depth analysis.
- Analyze historical operations data and market information to predict future outcomes.
- Identify areas for improvement and craft new approaches and methodologies.
- Present key business insights to senior management through data-driven results.
You'll Be Good At:
- Mining, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Designing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track KPIs.
- Communicating data-driven insights to stakeholders through presentations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Improving data quality and reporting efficiency.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience, three or more years of experience in a data analysis role, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required.
Salary Estimate:
$83,000 - $110,000 per year (based on national averages and location)
