The Digital Marketing organization has built a practice aimed at changing the way we do marketing by delivering personalized experiences at scale across all journeys at a rapid pace. The future of modern marketing is data driven and places technology at the core. The enablement practice is focused on creating transformational experiences by equipping business units and growth pods with the capabilities and feature functionalities that next-gen technologies have the ability to deliver.
As a Senior Manager for the Digital Marketing’s Martech & Enablement team, you will be responsible in driving the roadmap and deliverables related to testing opportunities that allow us to maximize our ability to manage and surface personalized & optimal digital experiences for the end user. You will be responsible for doing the proof of concept testing as we deploy functionality to create personalization, as well as integrating new functionalities in a scalable way. You will ensure that all of the technology functions and integrates as planned to deliver the customer experience as designed. You will give feedback to the architects on how the technology is performing, the results and provide a point of view on any enhancements or changes required. You will have a thorough understanding of the problems to be solved and will work with IT and other cross-functional teams to determine the best potential solutions, and socialize the final approach with stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
Identifying proof of concept testing for MarTech and Enablement, scaling of capabilities through ACT ownership.
Partnering with the cross-partner teams to determine KPIs, requirements, and a clear communication plan.
Owning requirements and user stories for test concepts.
Leading day to day tasks required to ensure tests are completed on time and results delivered back to the team.
Partnering with the relevant stakeholders and implementation teams for strategic planning and to ensure flawless execution of tests or experience that leverage new capabilities.
Acting as the technical SME on platforms and capabilities during the testing period.
Managing the “best practices” guide based on enablement capabilities associated with Real-Time Marketing & BAU.
Developing use cases for testing new technologies & capabilities.
Creating and owning the process for all capability deployment.

You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Knowledge of Digital MarTech platforms and the overall digital ecosystem.
Experience in framing an end to end implementation plans for complex data-driven consumer experiences.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Digital Marketing experience.
A/B testing and/or Multivariate testing experience.
ACT ownership experience.
An MBA or Advanced degree in Digital Marketing & Marketing Technology.
Agile Mindset and Product Owner certification.
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
Digital experience, digital marketing, and digital product management either in a business, agency, or consulting organization.
Experience in directing the work of others in a matrixed environment.
Strong data analytics and quantitative skills.
Drive to introduce innovations to an existing process and “out of the box” thinking mind frame is a must to succeed in the role.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.Salary : $108,000 - $201,000
