Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Verifying, monitoring and analyzing dispatch work activity and deploying field resources.
- Analyzing network facilities and customer premise equipment by using resources to remotely isolate the repair problem.
- Contacting internal and external customers to verify site readiness, activity, schedule repair and quote billing charges.
- Coordinating the transmittal of work information and maintenance tickets to field technicians.
- Monitoring and tracking all Network Operations provisioning, maintenance and alarm work activity.
- Working evenings, weekends, holidays and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business.

- A related Associate Degree or 2 years’ relevant experience.
