What you’ll be doing...

The Global Enterprise Advisor for City of Philadelphia Police and Fire is responsible for managing the health (churn, cost and relationship) of our most strategic Enterprise and Government accounts in direct partnership with Sales and other BGCO teams. This individual is accountable for achieving business results through a best-in-class customer experience. Working on site in our Philadelphia PD/FD garage, you will be handling all installations and deployments for the City of Philadelphia Fire Department and Police Department. You’ll be partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales activities, design and deliver targeted solutions, providing ongoing customer support and managing customer relations. They will be responsible for proactive customer support, success, and retention, by managing customer accounts, resolving customer issues and optimizing the customer experience. Responsible for supporting the account and sales team to grow revenue, through prompt deployment and account support, and build strong partnerships, as well as directly impact the management of government procedures, policies and responses.  Specific duties include but are not limited to:

• Installing in-car data devices ranging from laptops to cradlepoint routers and cell phones.

• Being the primary contact for the client’s repair needs if there is an issue. 

• Being the gatekeeper of incident management and triage - performing troubleshooting to identify the correct resolver group, managing proper trouble ticket handling and issuance in a timely manner.

• Having the autonomy, authority, and ability to make decisions that will impact the agencies they  support, which many times tie directly to the public. 

• Work proficiently through various systems with an ability to multitask.

Where you'll be working...

You’ll be working 5 days per week from our 314 N 16th Street garage on site with our customers.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or one year of work experience.

• One or more years garage or installation experience.

• One year or more working with public sector agencies.

• Willingness to travel locally up to 25%.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Experience with facilitation and communication across all levels of the organization.

• ​Comprehensive experience supporting Public Sector accounts.

•  Experience in working with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets pivot tables, basic formulas and reporting.

• Experience using Salesforce.
