- Work in cross-functional teams.
- Gain exposure in key areas such as business analytics, market sizing and forecasting, predictive modeling, customer behavior, data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

- You must be currently enrolled in a degree program and be in good academic standing to be considered.
- Current enrollment in a MBA or Master's degree program in Operations or directly related area (i.e. Logistics, Supply Chain, Strategic Management, Data Science, Engineering) or equivalent major with an expected completion date between December 2025 and June 2026.
- This co-op position is limited to students enrolled at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management (MIT) who are currently enrolled in the MIT Leaders for Global Operations (LGO) Program.
- Previous internship or work experience in one or more of the following: Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics & Data Science, AI/ML.
- Experience with financial models and marketing.
- Demonstrated independent thinking, relationship management and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated strong analytical, communication, leadership and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving, team environment.
