Your Role

You will ensure outside plant facilities operate at maximum efficiency and preparedness, maintaining a high level of excellence in your work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place, rearrange, and remove outside plant equipment, including cables, poles, and associated hardware.
• Connect wires and cables to terminals and attach/detach hardware as needed.
• Read and interpret engineering work orders.
• Perform construction work using designated equipment.
• Operate company vehicles to transport equipment.
• Climb ladders and poles, working aloft, perceiving differences in wire and cable colors, and moving/lifting items up to 100 lbs.

What We're Looking For

We seek individuals with knowledge of outside plant and construction who are eager to contribute their skills to America's fastest and most reliable network.

Requirements:

• Valid state driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to obtain a CDL.
• Related Associate Degree or 2 years of relevant work experience (preferred).
