This role involves developing and implementing new technical solutions, managing program progress, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, good understanding of cutting-edge technologies, experience in leading large-scale applications, and a proven ability to drive results.Provide technical expertise and solutions for complex projects across multiple distribution channelsDrive Center of Excellence for Call Center and store applications, delivering end-to-end solutions for sales and service flowsUtilize Conversational UI to build simplified common applications for stores and call centers.Oversee store channels for Exclusive Retail Store, Agent Retail, and National Retailers, collaborating with business partners to design and implement partner programsBuild and maintain new Unified Sales & Service apps using the Northstar Architecture (NSA) tech stackLead and deliver programs in a product-based Agile structure, championing Agile methodologiesMaintain functional / technical requirements, analyze hardware / software features, and understand system architecturesManage vendor relationships to drive quality, reliability, and timely deliveryEstablish objectives, create roadmaps, and align with stakeholders to achieve organizational goalsLead emerging technology direction, facilitate decision-making, and drive integration with vendor productsDrive DevOps implementation, including ideation, business case development, design, and deliveryPartner with Global Delivery teams to create and optimize cross-channel experiencesDeliver results within budget, time, quality, and strategic / tactical KPIsDocument and comply with software quality, data security, and compliance processesCreate proposals and present effectively to diverse audiencesAnalyze market and industry trends, identifying growth opportunitiesRecommend and implement customer experience process improvementsResolve customer complaints in a timely mannerDerive actionable insights from customer feedbackWhat we're looking for...You’ll need to have : Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and / or military experience, or specialized trainingBachelor's degree or four or more years of work experienceExpertise in Java, J2EE, and React UIExperience in AWS and databases (ex : , Oracle, Cassandra, and / or NoSQL databases)Even better if you have : Advanced experience in Software DevelopmentExpertise in Spring BootExperience implementing AI solutions for call centers / distribution channelsExperience in eCommerce and catalog management softwareExperience delivering large, complex software programsStrong interpersonal, presentation, and writing skillsSolid understanding of technology selection, architecture, and full-stack implementationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership and influencing skillsResults-oriented with a strong customer focusExperience in Design Thinking and Engineering Transformation (DevOps, Microservices, Cloud) ​If Verizon and this role sound like a fit for you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every “even better” qualification listed above.Where you’ll be workingIn this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.Scheduled Weekly Hours40Equal Employment OpportunityWe’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer - and celebrate our employees’ differences, including race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, and Veteran status. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
