Job Description

• The successful candidate will effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously while ensuring attention to every detail and every person.

Responsibilities

Leading the Sales Team: Inspire and motivate a sales team by resolving customer issues and assisting with customer transactions.

• Developing Sales Specialists:

• Identifying selling skill gaps and creating development plans to help meet and exceed individual sales metrics and assigned quotas.

• Managing Store Operations:

• Analyzing staffing needs, reporting financial and sales data, managing cash, meeting compliance requirements, and opening trouble tickets as needed.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or two or more years of work experience, along with three or more years of relevant work experience. They must also be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may need to work additional shifts during peak periods.

• Ability to build trust and act as an influencer, with demonstrated skill in negotiation and conflict resolution.

• Effective Time Management:

• Ability to balance multiple, sometimes competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
