The Senior Art Director of the Creative Marketing Group creates original visual concepts in response to a creative brief to develop marketing collateral and communications materials. The Senior Art Director exhibits creativity, outstanding design judgment and works collaboratively with the writing and design team to achieve the highest possible standards for all materials requiring conceptual design concepts across multiple mediums.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the Creative Director, creative peers, and Account Services teams in developing marketing collateral and internal communications materials for clients.
Leading an organization of Verizon Frontline Crisis Response Managers (CRM) and developing strategies that leverage Verizon Frontline solutions, assets, and capabilities in order to support Verizon’s position with public safety agencies.
Developing strategies that leverage Verizon Frontline solutions and Verizon Crisis Response assets, capabilities, and support Verizon’s position with public safety agencies and local communities.
Partnering with and advising Verizon Network, Product, Marketing, Public Relations, Legal and Compliance teams to influence local and statewide policies to accept and adopt cellular technology for mission critical communications.
Developing and maintaining new and growing existing public sector client relationships by understanding their organizational and technological needs.
Working with CRM to define strategic Verizon Frontline opportunities related to Verizon's 4G and 5G network technologies.
Leading preparedness and prevention work in partnership with sales, Verizon Frontline customers, and industry advocates to strengthen Verizon's role in public safety including joint training, response readiness customer engagements, post-event debriefs with Emergency Management agencies, customer awareness meetings, and disaster response improvement plans.
Coordinating, developing, monitoring, and implementing emergency preparation plans with public safety leadership providing response, recovery, and tactical plans to resume business operations following a business interruption and/or disaster.
Collaborating with Sales/Network teams to develop plans and deploy solutions for emergency and pre-planned events for Public Safety and Emergency Managers and disseminate across professional sectors.
Working with CRM to develop wireless needs assessments for assigned market, including requirements gathering from first responders, technology analysis, and state-by-state design requirements to influence Verizon’s Frontline product strategy to meet the mission critical requirements of influential state agencies.
Supporting CRM and the Verizon Public Safety organization to develop strategies to assist public safety customers in their adoption of Verizon Frontline products such as push to talk technology, interoperability with complex legacy land mobile radio systems, and the adoption of Verizon 5G capabilities.
Overseeing critical data and voice communication in the field during a crisis or unplanned event through deploying Verizon Frontline Crisis Response certified solutions including but not limited to devices (e.g., smartphones, MiFi’s, cradle points), power solutions, network solutions to create or augment Verizon’s network to support first responders.

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or two or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.Salary : $86,000 - $159,000
