What you’ll be doing...
The Consumer Integrated Marketing (IM) organization is responsible for amalgamating all integrated consumer marketing initiatives across Verizon Consumer Group (VCG), CMO Field organizations. This role will sit under the Operations pillar, which is responsible for the overarching Integrated Marketing and Go To Market process, workflow, system tools and planning to all stakeholders and partners.
This IM Operations Manager will be a multifaceted individual that will lead and/or support key executive leadership meetings, support executive communications, assist with national/local workflows and process optimizations, be a liaison to our CMO/Field partners and drive internal initiatives to improve the team’s culture.
While working in a fast paced environment, this individual will:
Drive executive alignment of local/national marketing prioritization, sponsor reviews of marketing execution assets/plans, and cross-functional approval communications across the VCG, CMO and Field organizations
Maintain strong organizational relationships between Growth Marketing (National/Local), CMO and partners across the organization to ensure marketing efficiencies and improved ways of working
Collaborate with the IM project team and stakeholders to ensure timely management of agendas, brief/creative reviews, content, and presenters for key marketing alignment forums
Distill, communicate and manage planning efforts and drive overall project timelines with stakeholders for flawless execution
Learn and use our systems (Google Drive, Smartsheets, Launchpad & Adobe Workfront) to manage, maintain, streamline and automate new projects into the workflow within IMC/GTM
Strengthen team culture by managing and developing the content for the team’s All Hands meetings and Volunteer events
What we’re looking for…
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Relevant work experience in Wireless marketing or related industry
Even better if you have:
Master’s degree – more impressive if you have an MBA.
Strong oral and presentation design skills.
Strong financial, analytical and reporting skills with the experience and ability to find new solutions to capture information and data.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, complete important time sensitive tasks, adapt quickly to last minute changes and manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
Can-do attitude, results oriented, strong sense of urgency, proactive, problem solver and flexible.
Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management in a professional capacity.
