This opportunity is a 12 month paid training program available for candidates who are currently enrolled in a pre-apprenticeship bootcamp or similar training or who are interested in pursuing an apprenticeship with the potential to convert into a full-time permanent role upon successful completion of the program. What You’ll Be Doing...
This position – which is part of the Verizon Thrive Apprenticeship Program – will give you a chance to channel your drive and enthusiasm while learning from the best minds in the industry. You’ll be front and center, hands-on, and contributing your creative energy to high-impact projects from the moment you arrive through the course of this 1 year apprentice experience. You will take part in meaningful work and real-life projects across various teams within Verizon that will help you grow both professionally and personally throughout the program while preparing you to work as a developer at a technology company.
Business Function: Preparing and providing timely information from Workday and PeopleSoft for routine legal requests. Partnering with varies support teams (HR Answers and HR Records) in response to requests for information.
Technology: Use reporting tools (Cognos, Qlik) and Google Suite
What We’re Looking For...
Providing support for TA Compliance processes, you’ll play an important role in our efforts to provide accurate and timely information in response to requests for TA-related information. You’ll track requests using a case management tool and provide documentation from our applicant tracking system to drive resolution. Responsible for delivering service excellence, you’ll partner with various support teams to resolve requests and inquiries while ensuring legal compliance and operating efficiencies.

You’ll Need To Have
- One or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with Google Suite.
- Experience partnering with others.
- Knowledge of reporting tools to gather and analyze data.
- Experience handling HR policies and processes.
