You will be responsible for supporting  the company’s commercial legal function, and for managing and overseeing both inbound and outbound contract negotiations and drafting (such as critical supply chain contracts and day-to-day vendor contracts, as well as reseller contracts and customer end user agreements). Ideally, we are also looking for a lawyer with experience in government procurement processes and regulations, plus familiarity with how B2B deals work in a channel sales model and how privacy and data protection issues show up in commercial transactions. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. This estimate is also just one component of Verkada’s total rewards package.
