You will be responsible for supporting the company’s commercial legal function, and for managing and overseeing both inbound and outbound contract negotiations and drafting (such as critical supply chain contracts and day-to-day vendor contracts, as well as reseller contracts and customer end user agreements). The ideal candidate is a lawyer with wide experience in government procurement processes and regulations, plus familiarity with how B2B deals work in a channel sales model and how privacy and data protection issues show up in commercial transactions.
