In this role you will generate, sort, and release work orders and parts orders for productions orders to the shop floor and parts bench. We’re looking for dedicated team members with a drive to make a difference.
What You’ll Do
ONSITE: A team member’s day-to-day work is best done on a Vermeer campus. If work content can be occasionally completed at an offsite location, discuss potential arrangements with your manager.

In this role you will generate, sort, and release work orders and parts orders for productions orders to the shop floor and parts bench. We’re looking for dedicated team members with a drive to make a difference.
What You’ll Do
- Create and monitor work orders/transfer orders based on production schedule.
- Create work orders for parts bench and MRP; troubleshoot and commit inventory.
- Print shop packets and create production checklists; distribute to production lines.
- Order/monitor VIN tags and technical manuals for correct configuration and build month/year for all machines.
- Verify finished machine documentation, enter all information into I-Warranty for each serial numbered machine.
- Data entry for central receiving picklists, weld shop packets, machine shop packets, and supermarket picklists.
- High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience/and or training required; and/or combination of education and experience. Associate’s degree preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize with demonstrated ability to produce accurate, professional, and error-free documents in a timely manner.
- Ability to perform intermediate computer work including spreadsheet formulas and functions.
- No travel is expected of this position.
