We are currently seeking a Data Analyst Intern at our Washington Court House, OH location. If you’re passionate about deriving valuable business insights from data, we would like to hear from you! This position will be full-time for the summer months.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and evaluate available data sources and their content.
- Establish an automated process to perform routine data analysis to derive key business insights.
- Design an integrated and merged data set for reporting and business optimization.
- Develop a data mining process that can be implemented across the current business structure.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Business Solutions Team to integrate data with the CRM.
- Leverage derived data across the Lifecycle business and other segments to identify needs and actionable insights.
POSITION SKILLS/ ABILITIES
- Familiarization with relational databases, particularly IBM-DB2.
- Ability to complete statistical computing and calculations.
- Aptitude for research and data analysis.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI), OBDC, Excel, Access, Pivot Tables and SQL Server.
- Excellent communication skills for both internal co-workers and external customers and suppliers.
- Motivation and desire to take on new challenges and be coachable.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- College-age student, actively working towards a Bachelor’s in Business Analytics/ Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, and or related studies.
