Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and driving the company's financial strategy and planning.
Duties:
- Directs and maintains the accounting system which results in the accurate presentation of financial info, assets, liabilities, sales, profitability and expenses for the company
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
-Responsible for ensuring all company tax filings and compliance, including federal, state, local, payroll, sales, and property taxes.
- Manage financial reporting
- Provide senior leadership in financial planning and budgeting processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Proven experience in public accounting or finance leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, technical accounting, and revenue cycle management
- Demonstrated ability in supervising teams and providing senior leadership
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
