- Diagnosing and repairing equipment using best practices and technical knowledge
- Recording and documenting diagnosis, procedures, and repair time
- Ensuring equipment meets pre-delivery inspection standards for proper operation
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of technical training or certification or equivalent experience in the heavy equipment industry
- Ability to read schematics and repair mechanical, hydro-static, hydraulic, electrical, and CAN/BUS systems
- Maintain a minimum set of tools to diagnose, disassemble, and reassemble components for most equipment repairs (specialty tools provided)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
