About the role
Vermeer Southeast is currently seeking an experienced Service Support to provide exceptional customer service in our Clearwater, FL dealership through basic assistance and support to service department.
What you"ll do
- Is courteous and professional with customers at all times.
- Perform / assist with equipment pre-delivery and basic service.
- Assist service technicians when needed.
- Assist shipping and receiving when needed.
- Adheres to department safety practices.
- Keep service bays and driveways clear at all times.
- Keep grounds, yard, shop, and customer parking area clean, orderly, and secure.
- Clean equipment and vehicles.
- Unload and move equipment to appropriate areas
