Our Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a motivated individual to thrive in our Sauk Rapids location. This is not a remote position. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, dependable, and a positive "can do" attitude with the drive to dig in and get it done.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assembly of products according to established specifications and instructions
- Perform final checks and adjustments for any defects to ensure high quality products
- Receive, unload, unpack and transfer materials to different workstations
- Organization of material and preparing product for shipment
- Consistently meet department production performance standards
- Ability to work and communicate well with others
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Work within all safety guidelines
- Any other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
- Previous assembly and warehouse experience a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and / or part of a team
- Able to stay focused on repetitive tasks
- Able to meet deadlines
- Use hands to handle or touch objects or controls
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and stand for up to 10 hours a day
- Able to bend, twist, push and pull
- Able to follow written and verbal work instructions
- Excellent listening, written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Punctual
- Excellent attendance record
