Our Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a motivated individual to thrive in our Sauk Rapids location. This is not a remote position. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, dependable, and a positive "can do" attitude with the drive to dig in and get it done.

Primary Responsibilities

· Assembly of products according to established specifications and instructions

Perform final checks and adjustments for any defects to ensure high quality products
Receive, unload, unpack and transfer materials to different workstations
Organization of material and preparing product for shipment
Consistently meet department production performance standards
Ability to work and communicate well with others
Keep work area clean and organized
Work within all safety guidelines
Any other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

· Previous assembly and warehouse experience a plus

Strong organizational skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently and / or part of a team
Able to stay focused on repetitive tasks
Able to meet deadlines
Use hands to handle or touch objects or controls
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and stand for up to 10 hours a day
Able to bend, twist, push and pull
Able to follow written and verbal work instructions
Excellent listening, written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Punctual
Excellent attendance record
