Our Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a motivated individual to thrive in our Sauk Rapids location. This is not a remote position. The ideal candidate will be an experienced forklift operator to support the production team by supplying inventory as needed to the production floor, receiving inventory from our external vendors, and updating the material movement within our inventory database.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced forklift operator to support the production team by supplying inventory as needed to the production floor, receiving inventory from our external vendors, and updating the material movement within our inventory database.
Primary Responsibilities
· Material movement of inventory to production team
· Coordinate physical inventories of warehouse bin locations as directed
· Receive inbound Purchase Orders into the inventory database
· Continually work to improve inventory methods and processes
- Ability to work and communicate well with others
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Work within all safety guidelines
- Any other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
· Certified forklift operator
- Working knowledge of inventory management software
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and / or part of a team
· Experience working with multiple locations is a plus
- Able to meet deadlines
- Use hands to handle or touch objects or controls
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Able to bend, twist, push and pull
- Able to follow written and verbal work instructions
- Excellent listening, written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Excellent punctuality and attendance record
Education and Experience
· 2 years of experience in inventory / warehouse
· Valid driver’s license
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
