We are looking for an on-site, motivated Production Associate 1 for our Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, location. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, be willing to learn and grow, be dependable and come in each day with a positive attitude and desire to get things done! 

 

Responsibilities 

 

• Assist with the manufacturing process in areas as needed 

• Operate machines, tools and equipment as needed in the production process 

• Assemble products according to specifications and that meet company standards with guidance and direction from a Production Associate 2 or 3, Production Lead or Supervisor 

• Perform quality checks on output completed 

• Package finish goods for shipping 

• Maintain a clean and organized work area 

 

Requirements 

 

• Ability to work in a variety of roles both independently and as part of a team 

• Adhere to safety guidelines 

• Work efficiently 

• Meet company production standards with limited supervision 

• Good verbal and written communication skills 

• Ability to listen, understand and follow directions 

• Previous production experience preferred 

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred 

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds 

• Good hand/eye dexterity
