Principle Duties and Responsibilities of the Dining Aide
- Prepare and serve meals according to resident's diet order.
- Serve meals to residents in a friendly and professional manner.
- Perform all responsibilities of the position in accordance with all safety regulations and standards of practice.
- Maintain kitchen, food storage and preparation areas in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
- Ensure that all food is received, stored and prepared according to company standards.
- Document temperature of food, refrigeration, and freezers.
- Work closely with the Dining Manager.
